Inside Casa Tigre

Built 2026
Sayulita, Nayarit

Overview

Two floors, one rooftop, and room to breathe.

Casa Tigre was built in 2026 as a contemporary, townhouse-style home for Sayulita stays. Guest living starts on the second level, with the bedrooms above and a private rooftop at the top. The architecture is clean and modern; the materials are warm. High ceilings give every room a sense of volume, porcelain tile keeps things cool underfoot, and Parota — a richly grained tropical hardwood — brings natural character.

Second level

Kitchen & living

The main kitchen and living area share the second level, part of the home's modern interior. Doors open to the first of the home's two balconies — an easy place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Third level

The bedrooms

Both bedrooms are on the third level, away from the living spaces. Casa Tigre sleeps guests in three queen beds across the property's sleeping spaces, and one bedroom opens onto the second balcony.

Throughout

Four bathrooms

With four bathrooms in the house, getting ready is never a queue.

Everyday comfort

Laundry

A washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer.

The signature space

The rooftop.

Casa Tigre's private rooftop is where days begin and end. A garden softens the architecture, the heated plunge pool is always ready, and an outdoor kitchen means dinner never has to move indoors.

Design & materials

Modern lines, warm materials.

The design brief is simple: contemporary architecture that still feels like Mexico. High ceilings and a restrained modern colour palette are paired with Parota wood and porcelain tile — a combination that feels both modern and rooted in place.
