How many bedrooms and beds are there?
Casa Tigre has two bedrooms, both on the third level, and three queen beds across the property's sleeping spaces, with four bathrooms in the house.
Is the pool private and heated?
Yes. The plunge pool is on the private rooftop and is heated. The rooftop also has a garden, patio, outdoor bar, BBQ, sink and an outdoor shower.
Is Casa Tigre new?
Yes — the house was built in 2026, with contemporary architecture, high ceilings, Parota wood and porcelain tile.
